The Benefits of a Morning Routine: How to Form One and Stick to It

Mornings are a time of peace and productivity. They offer an opportunity to start the day off on the right foot, set your intentions, and get things done. Unfortunately, many people don't take advantage of this time and instead spend it rushing around and feeling stressed. If you want to enjoy your mornings more and be more productive throughout the day, it's important to form a morning routine and stick to it. As you begin your day, set an intention for what you want to accomplish. This can help keep you focused and motivated throughout the day.
